Answer: Definitely NOT. We test it and neither of our clients was black listed, or penalized if we listed their ranking improvements + URLs on our Previous Work page: http://www.link-building-strategies.com/Previous-SEO-work.html

One short example is onlinemodelworld.com . We’ve built for this site more than 2000 links per month + we listed their good rankings improvements on our site 5 months ago. The result is that our client was never penalized because of this….
